Manned Guarding and 24hr Security

Whether it's overnight, weekend or full 24-hour patrolling security you require, we can ensure burglars or squatters don't become an issue. Manned guarding and 24-hour security is the highest level of security we provide, transforming your house or commercial property into a round the clock security fortress. All manned guards are trained to the highest standards, while dog handlers are available on request. This service is supremely flexible and can be tailored to meet individual requirements, being most effective in the past for certain environments where expensive machinery is at risk of theft. Our proud record contains no thefts from our clients using this service to date, with the vigilance of our guards seeing any potential threats averted each and every time.

Vacant Property Protection

Where private property is concerned, there's no need to worry about having strangers in the house while you're away on holiday or a business trip. Our SIA licensed personnel operate from self contained mobile accommodation outside of the vacant property, reducing costs and potential invasion of privacy associated with live in guards. A round the clock manned service is provided, with minimal response times to incidents, all at a lower cost than standard patrolling services. We utilise highly trained guards, many ex-services personnel, ensuring a reliable and trustworthy protection service leaving your home in safe hands until you return. General management services of your home can also be conducted, while regular feedback is sent to our central control office or even clients in the case of emergency.

Licensed House / Pet Sitting

Where general house sitting is more appropriate as opposed to heightened security, SIA licensed house sitters, complete with ten year work history, CRB checks and reference checks, can be provided. There is an option to have your house sitter either occupy the house or stay within self-contained accommodation while you're away, while an initial visit will take place allowing you to meet the sitter should booking be made at least one month in advance. A fixed weekly rate includes setup fees, travelling expenses for initial visit and even care of up to two small domestic pets such as cats and dogs, while we do not expect or charge extra for food allowance.

Intelligent Alarm System

We can also provide products for your home or business during the periods where you are on the premises and full security protection is no longer required. The Intelligent Alarm System is a state of the art sensor based alarm device, alerting the user to intruders via the use of two eco-friendly, solar-powered IR sensors which can be placed up to 50 metres apart. The sensors will transmit a signal to the provided control panel at an impressive distance of up to 150 metres in open spaces, while the autodial landline or GSM based control panels will continue to function even after power has been cut. A plug in siren for a very loud alarm tone is provided, with further possibility for a variety of alarm tones such as fast beep, doorbell or spoken warning, allowing you to accurately determine which zone has been compromised.
