This durable range of liquid filling machines are a versatile specification catering for a range of product types and fill sizes. Available with a variety of pump unit sizes to suit your requirements (500ml, 1000ml, 2500ml, 5000ml or 30000ml variable stroke pumps), each size offers a great scope of fill volumes. Constructed from 316 and 304 stainless steel, these units are built to last. With an independent volume adjustment and an option of 2, 4 or 6 heads, these machines operate using a PLC or pneumatic controls. Atex type 2 categories 1, 2 and 3 specifications are available.
Certain types of products can only be filled within safe areas using machinery that is certified for use within that area. We offer a variety of tabletop paint filling machines covering a filling range from 2ml through to 5 litres per cycle. Paint input can be via a conical hopper, a non-return dip tube or an elevated bulk supply, depending the model chosen and your own filling preferences. All paint filling machines are made with 316 stainless steel and PTFE as standard, and as such can be used with both water and solvent-based paints. These machines are also type-approved for use within ATEX categorised areas.
As well as tabletop machines, SP Filling Systems can offer a number of mobile versions which are fitted to box-section stainless steel frames and come complete with adjustable filling tables, height adjustable filling heads and a wheel for easy movement.

Because of the nature of the product, solvent filling machines will usually need to be designed and manufactured to a certain specification. Ours are built with 316 stainless steel and PTFE as standard, and all of them are type-approved under ATEX legislation for use in hazardous areas. SP’s range of solvent filling machines includes both semi-automatic and fully-automatic versions - both types are available in top, neck enter or full bottom fill format. We can also make provision for customers who need to fill 20/25 litre containers or 205 litre drums on the pallet.
Years of research and development has culminated in a range of centrefire rifle sound moderators which are unrivalled for quality and performance anywhere in the world. These moderators are available in either an over-the-barrel (reflex) style or in a forward mounting configuration. Our palletised container filling machines can be fitted with a choice of double acting volumetric piston pumps, mass flow meters or magnetic effect flow meters. They are specifically designed to allow the filling of containers such as carbaloys and drums whilst placed on a pallet. This removes the need for operators to manually handle heavy containers, and also reduces their exposure to potentially dangerous substances. Filling machines can be made to comply with ATEX requirements for use with corrosive, flammable or explosive products.
